Drover

Drover is a self-contained attendee management app for your iPhone and iPad. Use it to track all your event attendee information. It tracks arrival and departure times, per-event tags, guest information, attendee notes and alarms, entree fees and payments made, and even allows you to setup custom fields to track any additional information. There is even a reporting system for printing or emailing event summary and detail reports.

No central service with recurring fees is required. With Apple's iCloud, you can enter your data on multiple devices and it will automatically sync. On the day of the event, you can use multiple devices to check in attendees as they arrive. We know that entering large amounts of information can be tedious on a mobile device. Thats why Drover allows you to import your contacts from your device's address book, or from a CSV file. You may also use an existing event as a template for a new event, allow the importing of all current attributes without recreating them.

Note: Syncing requires all devices use the same iCloud account. Syncing occurs when the devices have internet access.
