SqueezeSync - a fast, seamless way to sync the music you're listening to on your iPhone or iPod touch with your Logitech® Media Server (formerly Squeezebox Server).
Imagine yourself driving home, jamming to your favorite tunes on your iPhone or iPod touch. As you approach home and find yourself within range of your home's wifi, launch SqueezeSync and seamlessly sync the music playing to any Squeezebox player. Moments later, as you walk inside, your music will be playing right where you left off, ensuring you never miss a beat.
Features include:
* Syncs the currently playing song from your iPhone or iPod touch to any player connected to your Logitech® Media Server.
* Auto-Sync: sync as soon as your Squeezebox player is detected.
* Enable Full Album Sync: sync all tracks for the currently playing album to your Squeezebox player's playlist.
* Seconds to Sync Back: auto-rewind the track between 0 and 120 seconds, giving you time to get in the door, so you never miss a beat.
* Playback Override: Yes/No - If music is already playing, SqueezeSync will not override it (i.e. respect those that may already be enjoying their music)
* Supports Logitech® Media Server security allowing you to specify a username and password, if applicable.
* Supports any player connected to Logitech® Media Server including Squeezebox hardware and software players.
* Supports syncing any track that is on your iPhone or iPod touch and also within your music library. It does not, in any way, transfer music from your iPhone or iPod touch to your Logitech® Media Server.
* Successfully sync as long as song ID3 tags match between your iPhone or iPod touch and your Logitech® Media Server music library content.
SqueezeSync requires one or more Squeezebox hardware or software players.
Logitech® Media Server versions 7.5 and later are supported.
Logitech® Media Server is available free at www.mysqueezebox.com.
