For two years, Bike Basket Pies supplied San Francisco with beautiful and delicious sweet and savory pies. Along the way, Bike Basket Pies was featured in Sunset Magazine, on SFGate.com, and on the Cooking Channel. Owned and operated by Natalie Galatzer, she bartered for commercial kitchen spaces in the city, shopped at farmer's markets, grew vegetables in her friends' backyards, and picked fruit from San Francisco fruit trees.
