GetCrocking!

GetCrocking! is a full-featured slow cooker recipe application for the iPhone and iPod Touch that helps you discover and manage recipes. GetCrocking! has many of the features that users of other apps have been asking for.

Browse
You can browse all the recipes at once or by category or subcategory. You can also easily see the “Top Rated” and “Recently Added” recipes.

Search
You can search by keywords to help you find a recipe that you can make with the ingredients you have on hand. Our search page lets you search for up to three ingredients together or separately. This way you can narrow your results to only show recipes that have all three specific ingredients or only one of the three.

Servings
On the ingredients page you can see an organized list of ingredients and even increase and decrease the number of servings and the app will recalculate all of the ingredient quantities for you. You can choose 2, 4, 6 or 8 servings for every recipe. The updated quantities can then be added to your shopping list to make grocery shopping a breeze.

Reviews
You can see what others are saying about a recipe before you cook something new by clicking on the Reviews tab of any recipe.

Sorting
Don’t waste precious time scrolling through a large list of recipes. We’ve made it easy to browse through or search for recipes, but finding the perfect recipe is even easier with our sorting function. You can sort the list of recipes alphabetically (by name), by rating and even by cook time.

Shopping List
Do you like to plan your meals for several days or an entire week? No problem. With this powerful app you can create a shopping list from any single recipe, or combine as many recipes as you like into one large combined shopping list that will aggregate all identical ingredients and organize the ingredients by grocery section to make shopping much easier.

Large database of recipes
Not only does GetCrocking! comes preloaded with over 200 great recipes, we have built this application so that we can continue to add to our recipe offering. We will continue to expand our database of recipes so you never run out of quality meals to cook for your family.


Sharing
When you find a recipe that you love, you can email it to your friends in a beautiful and easy to read format. You can also tell your friends about the recipes that you’ve found by sharing on Facebook so they can go download GetCrocking! too.

We built the GetCrocking! app because we saw that there was a need for a slow cooker specific recipe app that is full-featured and easy to use. When we began developing this app we made it our goal to release an app that has as many features as possible and is second to none. We believe that we have accomplished this goal and we are proud of what we have created. GetCrocking! is simply the best recipe app in the Apple App Store built for those who love cooking with their slow cooker.
