iBlankie provides an instruction manual for your young child’s development. Raising and teaching children can be both challenging and rewarding and many times parents wish for a manual to carry around with them. iBlankie fills that void by providing you with proven strategies and techniques to manage your child's development with downloadable monthly newsletters and articles for parents-on- the-go with an iPhone, iPad or iPod. The articles will be stored locally on the device, this way the app will continue to operate even when Wi-Fi or cell service is unavailable. This also helps data transfer rates by only downloading data when really necessary. Upon startup, this app checks if there is a newer version and will download the newer version and save it.
