Smart Care, the enterprise app for all emergency services, doctors, paramedics and care workers offering full and seamless connectivity with Smart Dispatch and Case Management desktop systems. Send care episodes to mobile workers for scheduled appointments detailing care required together with demographics and any previous relevant history. A desktop licence for the complete Smart Care system costs from just $24 per month with a minimum 12 month contract.
This comprehensive app offers a truly modern environment in which to record notes, list clinical observations, complete your own custom-built forms, as well as scheduling of further appointments.
This app is a true workhorse with so many useful features for today's busy care services, including journey planning and mapping for directions, messaging between users, event status logging and so much more.
You can email within the app for onward referrals and even send care summaries to connected services or appropriate colleagues, all encrypted to AES 256 and further secured with password key technology.
All the information captured is stored off the device in a high security, cloud based silo that is unique to each organization to be ready for search, review and reporting by your authorized and profiled users.
