The SIEMENS SIRIUS eAssistance DocuFinder provides quick & easy access to information on all aspects of the SIRIUS product family. If you want to have access product information of all Siemens Industry products please use the SIEMENS Industry Online Support App. The functionality of the SIEMENS SIRIUS eAssistance DocuFinder is fully integrated.
The product number can be scanned from the product itself via camera and then checked or entered directly. EAN codes can be recognized by scanning the barcode on the package or product. Results shown are direct links to the Industry Mall and the Service&Support portal. Depending on availability, additional product information can be requested, such as 3-D models, macros, circuit diagrams for devices, manuals, operating instructions and much more. Supported file formats are displayed directly on the iPhone, or the result can be sent by email.

The Industry Online Support App naturally contains all information on SIRIUS products and thus solves the SIRIUS eAssistance App off.
The SIRIUS eAssistance App is no longer offered at some time in the store.
