Build Your Family Tree right on your iPad. Bring it to family gatherings and fact-finding trips. Easy to use and no monthly fees. A Family Tree is about your heritage, creating a story about your family, a learning experience and a hobby. Connect with the past and build a future. Fun for the family and educational for the kids. It’s a very important task for any family.

Features:
Create a profile for each family member.
- Copy data from your contact list or enter it manually
- Link each person to their biological and/or step/adopted parents. The app will calculate their kids and siblings.
- Link each person to their current spouse
- Include a photo from your photo library as their profile picture
- Include the year-of-birth and year-of-death
- Include facts about each person
- Include events about each person

Add events for each family member.
- Specify the date of the event
- Enter a description of the event
- Include a photo from your photo library (a one-time in-app purchase is required for the photo option)
- There is no set limit on the number of events a person may have

Print, email and share profiles and charts.
- Profiles may be printed and shared electronically
- Charts may also be printed and shared electronically

Export the entire database for backup and sharing.
- Use AirDrop to transfer the entire database to another iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch that has this app (or the iPhone version) installed
- The database can also be transferred to an iMac and MacBook using AirDrop
- Other electronic sharing options are available, depending upon your device’s capabilities

Create a chart showing photos of kids, siblings and parents.
- Select the family member that you want as the root of the chart
- You decide, for each family member, whether you want to see their kids, parents or siblings
- You can go back one generation at a time if you make a mistake, or just want to follow a different family member’s path
- Kids, parents and siblings can be combined into a single chart
- The chart may be printed and shared electronically
- Double-tapping on a photo directly on the chart will display that person’s profile page, which can be printed and shared

View family member’s profiles.
- Family member’s profiles are displayed two at a time, side-by-side, and are sorted by last name
- Swiping left or right will display the previous or next two profiles
- Tapping on the index button lets you go directly to anyone’s profile
- Tapping on anyone’s parents, siblings or kids will go directly to that person’s profile page

View a chart showing each person’s parents.
- Select the family member that you want as the root of the chart
- All generations of that person’s parents, both biological and step/adopted, will be displayed
- Generations includes parents, grand-parents, great grand-parents, etc…

View a chart showing each person’s children.
- Select the family member that you want as the root of the chart
- All generations of that person’s children will be displayed
- Generations includes children, grand-children, great grand-children, etc…

View a chronological time-line showing everyone’s events.
- Chart is sorted by date
- Includes a summary of births and deaths for each year
- Includes all events for everyone that you added to the database
- Swiping left or right will move forward or backward in time
- Tapping on the date button lets you go directly to a date on the chart
