LazyShoutOut allows you to do Twitter friend shout-outs and Follow Fridays quickly and easily. It was inspired by the highly acclaimed web application at LazyShoutOut.com. This app goes above and beyond the functionality on the website.

This app will do shout-outs automatically or manually and will break the tweets up into 140 characters or less. Simply create Twitter lists organizing your peeps, select/create a tweet prefix like "#FF-" or "Happy Humpday" and let LazyShoutOut create and post your follow friday tweets automatically.

And for those users on your lists which don't follow you, LazyShoutOut shows the tweets that aren't allowed to be auto tweeted for you to copy and paste them into your Twitter client.

Adding and removing users from your list-based shout-outs is as easy as adding or removing them from your Twitter lists. No more needing to keep a side document with these tweets and no more needing to tediously count characters on each tweet. LazyShouOut does all the work for you.

In addition to list based shout-outs, this app allows you to do timeline based shout-outs. Simply view your timeline or @ mentions and click on users to add to your shout-out. Once done, click the "Do Shoutout" button to automatically create the tweet(s) and post them to your account.

This is perfect for a quick "Good Morning" or "Whatcha Doing" shout-out to your favorite peeps that have recently tweeted. It's a way to get a conversation started with people. Timeline based shout-outs are guaranteed to get one to many conversations started.

These are also a great way to do "Lazy Thank You's" for people who have included you on a Follow Friday.
