Glucose Manager Patient

The Glucose Manager application allows Type I and II Diabetes patients to manage their disease by tracking blood glucose levels (mg/dl) at multiple time points. The app also allows users to look up the Glycemic Index values for the foods they consume.

Features of the Glucose Manager app include:

<li>Glycemic Index (GI) levels for over 40,000 foods
<li>Roll out options allow users to keep detailed records:
- Date
- Time of day
- Sample type (pre/postprandial, fasting etc.)
- Blood glucose levels (mg/dl)
- GI values

<li>No Internet connection is needed so info can be entered from anywhere at anytime.
<li>Records are stored permanently and can be reviewed later
<li>The most recent (up to 30) blood glucose and GI levels are depicted graphically
<li>All vital data can be exported via e-mail or through the iTunes Document Sharing
