colorCal HD (Calendar)

colorCal HD is a flexible, quick, and incredibly easy-to-use calendar to help you plan, document, and track your days!

With colorCal HD you can create as many calendars as you like (e.g. your work schedule) each represented by a different color that you create. Next you assign to each of five marks any meaning you like (e.g. afternoon shift, day shift, etc.) with a special mark for short notes. Then, to enter a activity on a calendar, simply choose a mark for one of your calendars, and tap on any date, or even easier, sweep your fingertip across an entire week to add your marks. That's it! No other screens, no keyboards, no buttons, and no pain! And it's just as easy to remove the marks (tap again, or sweep left across a week)!

Now you can create DOZENS of separate colorful calendars for tracking your health, your "special" days, your work schedules and shifts, employee schedules, your days with the kids, your exercise routines and workouts, your moods, your kids' music lessons, and hundreds of other uses you have not even imagined.

Each of your calendars lets you manage one aspect of your life, but sometimes you want to see if there is an overlap of events or activities for all of your calendars. colorCal HD, with just a tap, lets you see a special calendar overview showing on what days your calendars overlap.

And if you forget what the marks meant for your calendars, just press and hold on any date for a description of the marks for that day (along with statistical information for that date).

And there's even MORE!

colorCal HD lets you look ahead or back SIX months at a time, and see marks for all six months at a glance! All you have to do is rotate your iPad to the landscape view.

With both views you can email a picture of the calendars, with or without a list of the marks for that month (or six months). Send your calendar to your friends, your boss, your employees, your family, etc.

The backup/restore option helps to make sure that everything you have entered in colorCal HD is safe from disasters by enabling backup/restore of your calendars to any computer on your wireless network. Or, you can email to yourself or others a backup file that can be tapped in Mail to restore your calendars automatically from a backup. You could even use this to synchronize your calendars with other colorCal HD users.
