If it is time to get back in shape. If it is time to do more sports and eat more healthy - Healthy is here to help you.
Healthy will provide you with 2 tips every day – try to follow his advice. For each day Healthy will give you one advice about excercise (sport) and one advice about nutrition (food).
Following this advice will make both you and Healthy feel fitter and healthier. But this will only work if you don’t cheat.
You will experience everything together with Healthy. If you get fitter (and collect points) Healthy gets fitter. If you are lazy and dont follow the recommendations you will loose points and Healthy will get out of shape.
The goal of the game is to get fitter and to reach the maximum amount of 30 points.
Caution: Every day that you dont achieve your assignments Healthy will loose 2 points. The less points Healthy has the more badly is his shape and his health. If you dont care about yourself and Healthy, Healthy will loose his shape, get sick and in the end Healthy will pass away.
