We have heard that in some rare instances with the latest update that the app may delete the current library on the iPad. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this as caused and we are currently working on the fix now. An update should be released shortly to fix this bug.

DISRUPDATE UPDATE: We want to apologize for the content display issue that some of you may have hit in our latest update. It stinks. We know. And we’re working diligently to squash the bug.

In the mean time, you can circumvent it by deleting & reinstalling Media Pad Pro. You will need to reassemble your Portfolio, but it will restore your images to their former glory - and you won’t need to pay twice. Thank you being patient and stay tuned for more.
