The Vestas forecast is among the world’s best. The forecast is calculated on Vestas own High Performance Computer located in Vestas’ Headquarters in Denmark. The forecast models are developed, maintained, and verified internally by meteorologists at the Vestas Plant Siting and Forecasting department

We are relentlessly committed to the success of wind as a source of energy for the world, providing everything needed for our partners to succeed in their wind power ambitions.
Vestas' own meteorology department constantly monitors and analyzes the weather globally using public databases and sensors in more than 44,000 turbines around the world. We are now also utilizing this to offer the public detailed weather forecasts based on the specific GPS coordinates of a mobile phone. Because, as we say at Vestas: Wind. It means the world to us.
