Use this App to measure your heart rate by tapping your pulse or by counting your heart beats. Does not require any additional equipment - but you will have to find your pulse on your neck or your wrist.

* Heart Rate Zone Calculator *

Enter your max and resting heart rate and the app will calculate your heart rate zones. When you have your zones setup and you measure your heart rate - the app will show you which zone you are in.

* Heart rate from straps *

This application can get heart rate from a variety of different bluetooth LE heart rate straps.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

To get heart rate without a strap you will need to find your pulse on your wrist or neck. You can then either tap as you feel your pulse or count a preset number of heart beats. The app will calculate your current heart rate from the time and the number of beats.

The screen will stay on as long as heart rate data is received from a bluetooth connected heart rate strap.
