CBT Calm helps people who are feeling stressed and want to learn relaxation skills. It assesses your stress level, provides relaxation skills, and also includes links to online resources for stress and anxiety.

Electronic CBT (eCBT©) is not replacement for psychotherapy or for medications used to treat anxiety. Instead, eCBT Calm helps people to assess their stress symptoms and learn skills to feel more relaxed in their daily lives.
