This app includes training programs that were developed by USAT certified coaches for sprint distance, Olympic distance, half ironman, ironman and marathon events at no additional charge.
ontri lite is great app to help manage your training experience. This version is ad supported and doesn't include the GPS integration. For an ad free experience with GPS tracking and maps integration, please check out our full iPhone app.
For metric support, please go to iPhone settings, find the ontri link and enable metric.
ontri.com is a triathlon and marathon training community for athletes of all levels. The ontri Lite iPhone application is a simpler version of the popular ontri iPhone app that support iPod Touch and older versions of the iPhone. It includes training programs for marathons, half marathons, century bike rides and all distance triathlons including the Ironman. You can set-up and view your training plan, your workout history and log workouts directly from your iPhone or iPod Touch. What's missing from the Lite version is the GPS integration which enables you to track your distance and speed of workouts and log those to the ontri.com website.
