Created by Michelle, a Certified Hypnotherapist, The Seven Minute Stress Cure is designed to relax and center a person in only seven minutes! The singular technique of layering voices and sound effects, along with guided imagery, allows the mind to relax and focus, alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression. It enhances productivity and leaves you with an overall sense of well being.
The audio tracks consist of various combinations of soothing voices, sound effects, and music. The effect is enhanced by the utilization of 3D audio technology on the voiced tracks, which leaves the primary voice centered while the layered voices and other effects emanate from all around you. Stress relief has never been so immersive!
For maximum effect, use the app on a device with stereo speakers (iPhone X series or iPad Pro), external speakers, or headphones.
