Main Features for all device orientations:
- Swipe left/right or touch the arrows to move through time.
- Complete stock history dynamically downloaded from Yahoo Stocks*.
- Intra-day data for the past 5 days available in 1 week mode.
- Touch and hold any spark to get exact date and values.
- View data in 1 week, 1 month, 3 month, 6month, 1 year and 2 year increments.
- Change the date to quickly move through time or create custom date ranges like last month or last year.
- Choose colors for each stock.
- Save or e-mail a screen shot.
Portrait Features:
- See today's live** trading by minute.
- View live** snapshots from the most recent page updated automatically.
- Switch between $, % change and volume.
- Top sparkline stays on the screen for general comparisons.
- Top sparkline overlay can be dragged over any other spark on the screen for direct comparisons.
- Change the top sparkline to any stock/fund in your list.
iPad Only Portrait features:
- Stocks grow when touched in portrait mode.
Landscape Clockwise:
- Rotate the device clockwise to see a summary of $, % change and volume for selected stocks.
- Compare trends of $, % change and volume simultaneously on a single screen.
- Show only the stocks you select. This allows detail about one stock or comparison of many.
Landscape Counter Clockwise:
- Rotate counter clockwise to see one large graph for full screen stock comparison.
- Switch between $, % change and volume.
- Choose between scaling modes to fit any data display need.
- Show only the stocks you select. This allows detail about one stock or comparison of many.
*Stock data subject to availability on Yahoo Finance. Requires stable Internet connection.
**Live data subject to 20 minute delay.
TraxStocks is an interactive mega-graphic using sparklines and Tufte principles of data display to show financial data. We make visual representations of lots of data easy to understand by removing all unnecessary chart junk.
