Just start playing your iPod music, then open Cheer For Me and we will cheer you on as you run.
We've captured actual crowd recordings from the Boston Marathon 2009 that - when played while you exercise - will give you more energy than you can believe. A little definitely goes a long way!
Studies have shown that motivation while exercising can help you run farther and longer. Now you can have your own personal cheering section, by having a crowd of cheering fans rooting you on as you sprint toward the finish.
This app will play short 5- 20 second cheers at regular intervals, from every 1 to 60 minutes. This will also help you know how long it's been - so you won't have to keep checking the darn display on the treadmill.
