iAgree

Introduction:

Have you ever wished that you had someone that would just listen and agree with you? iAgree’s virtual characters do just that. Select your character and ask them questions, explain your concerns, or just vent! iAgree’s characters will always answer the way you want. The characters listen while you’re talking and when you finish they respond with a positive or negative answer.

Your friends will be surprised to see the iAgree character answer all your questions with the right answers. If you don’t give away the secret they’ll never notice the slight tilt of the phone as you control how iAgree answers. You can double tap the screen to turn off the iAgree responses while you talk to your friends. Double tap again and ask your question. When you stop speaking iAgree chimes in with a response that always supports your point of view.

Phrase you questions so iAgree can answer with 'yes' or 'no' type answers. iAgree listens and waits for you to stop talking. When talking to iAgree try not to pause too long until your done. iAgree senses pauses and replies. You're in control of the answers (kinda) by the way you hold your phone.

Instructions:
1. Talk to your iAgree character. When you stop talking your iAgree character responds. Tilt your phone to vary the response.
* Tilt right or hold upright for a positive response
* Tilt slightly left for a negative response
* Double Tap the main screen to toggle responses On or Off (mute). The iAgree logo's color will change to gray to show the voice response is muted.

2. The iAgree logo on the bottom middle section of the main screen changes color to let you know what state your iAgree character is in.
Green = listening
Yellow = voice detected
Red = speaking
Gray = voice off

3. iAgree works best in a quite enviroment. Tap the "Calibrate Noise" button to adjust for background noise. After you quit speaking iAgree takes about 2-3 seconds to detect that you've stopped speaking and respond. If the iAgree logo on the bottom of the main screen stays yellow for an extended period after you quit speaking tap the information icon and select the "Calibrate Noise" button.

4. Volume Adjust - to adjust the volume tap the Speaker Icon on the lower left of the main screen.

The iAgree characters sense your voice and listen patiently while you’re talking. When they sense you’re done talking they respond. Always ask your questions or make your statements so your iAgree character can respond with a yes (positive) or no (negative) type of response.

Example:
* “Well buddy is it time for lunch?”
* “Do you think it’s going to rain?”
* “Is this guy smart or what?”

The secret to getting your iAgree character to respond the way you want is in how you hold your phone while you’re talking. Hold the phone upright or tilted slightly to the right and you’ll get a positive response. Tilt the phone slightly to the left (greater than four degrees) and the iAgree character responds with a negative type of response. You don't have to tilt the phone too far to the left to get the negative response. A little practice and iAgree will always be on your side.
The iAgree characters eyes blink randomly and their mouths are animated with their responses.

Usage Notes:
* iAgree works best in a quite places like quite home and office environments. iAgree will work in cars, restaurants and similar environments, but lots of background noise can interfere with iAgree’s ability to detect when you start and stop talking.
