Sitepass provides you with a single platform to onboard, induct, verify, and monitor your entire workforce, from your contractors, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
The Sitepass Visitor Management Kiosk helps you control and monitor access of everyone who is visiting your sites. Setup unique sign in flows for each type of visitor, capture their personal information, deliver site specific inductions and notify you people when anyone arises. Your team will have access to know who is on site, how long they have been there and if they are safe.
Installing the Sitepass kiosk allows you to:
- Setup a digital Kiosk to replace a sign in book for each of your sites.
- Monitor access of everyone attending your sites including contractors, staff, and visitors.
- Save time and resources by automating the check-in and check-out process
- Gatekeep and restrict access by ensuring contractors, staff and volunteers have completed their onboarding and inductions.
- Have visitors select their hosts on sign in and send notifications via email or SMS notifications.
- Gain visibility over who is at your worksite at any time.
- Capture the details of individuals that check in such as their full name, photo, mobile number, and employer.
- Customise the sign in flows for each type of visitor.
- Personalise the display with your business logo and branding.
- Providing options for contact-less check-in with a QR code.
- Print visitor passes that provide identification of everyone on site.
- Allow preregistered visitors, contractors, or staff to check in by scanning their unique QR codes.
