EBF Files

The EBF Files app offers employees the possibility to access file server structures and company cloud services outside the company. They have access to relevant documents such as guidelines, work instructions, product data sheets or price lists from various sources (File Server, OneDrive, SharePoint). Working at home, on a business trip or during a customer visit you can view and edit your files and even share them with others. All this in just one app - and thanks to the optional synchronization function, even when the user is offline.

The EBF Files app can easily be administered and integrated into existing IT infrastructures.

- New Upload-Manager: A new Upload-Manager allows users to keep an overview of pendign uploads and stop or delete pending uploads.
- Handling of encryption password: Admins can deactivate that users need to define an encryption password now. The app will use a self defined password for encryption then.
