Our Story
In the wake of burnout from relentless startup endeavors, founders D Sharma and Julie Sharma embarked on a transformative journey of self-care. Their path led them to a serene retreat in Thailand, where the wisdom of a monk/coach introduced them to the power of journaling, meditation, and living in the moment. This pivotal experience ignited a profound realization: the life-changing benefits of personal coaching, a privilege once reserved for elite athletes, should be accessible to everyone.
Inspired to bridge this gap, they, together with their friend Bhartesh, founded Wellness Coach. With a mission to make wellness readily accessible for all, Wellness Coach offers a comprehensive suite of mental and physical health services, from multilingual digital health resources to personalized coaching and clinical solutions. It's more than a company; it's a movement to empower individuals to navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience, inspired by the founders' own journey toward healing and growth.

Enhanced Dependent Access:
Note: This feature is only available where your Employer has opted in for this capability and picked a plan that enables dependent access.
• Share App Access: Primary users can now effortlessly share app access with their dependents.
• Free Access for Dependents: Dependents receive free access to the app, including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and personal coaching sessions, based on the enterprise plan.
• EAP and Personal Coaching: Dependents can benefit from the Employee Assistance Program and personalized coaching sessions, ensuring comprehensive support for their well-being.

Simplified Sharing Process:
• Easy Onboarding: Primary users can add dependents easily by providing their name, email, and relationship.
• Seamless Onboarding: Dependents receive an email invitation with a link to download the app and set up their account.
• Dependent Control: Primary users can manage their dependents directly from the app, including viewing, editing, and removing dependents as needed.

• Health Data Integration: Enhanced integration with various health data sources ensures more accurate and comprehensive tracking of fitness and health metrics.
