Based on extensive data analysis and market research we found that used item sales which did not have a courier involvement and were direct owner-buyer hardly ever exceeded 20 miles in distance in even the lowest population density regions. For high density cities even that distance was much lower. What this means is that we can successfully contract the Region of visibility for a particular user without significantly impacting the transactional viability. This essentially translates into a nifty quick and clean buying/selling experience for you, our user. We plan to incorporate machine learning into our enterprise to fine tune our filtering algorithm to adjust the radius of influence depending on various market influencers as we go along.
