Exploring The Core is the best tool to see what is in the Common Core State Standards.
With this app, teachers and parents can read the Common Core State Standard for each grade-level skill, see what each of those skills look like, and "swipe" to see how each skill develops in and between grade-levels. Searchable Standards feature also included is designed to eliminate the need for lugging heavy binders of standards and education-specific dictionaries around with you.
Created by a classroom teacher for teachers and parents, Exploring The Core is an intuitive method for anybody to understand the basic skill sets expected in the Common Core State Standards.

Learning Targets for CCSS standards allow users to identify progression of learning within a standard as they develop across grade levels. All learning targets are based in part on a combination of Bloom's Taxonomy and Webb's Depth of Knowledge.
