My Wellbeing Mate is a wellness hub in your pocket. It is a quick and convenient gateway to wellness resources such as helplines, websites, guides, videos, inspiring talks, apps and more.
My Wellbeing Mate is designed to help you enhance your own wellness, and to help you support others on their wellness journey. The resources are categorised into four main sections:
Mental Health
Family Support
Emergency Responders
Aboriginal Health
Use the four filters to refine your search and click on the stars to favourite resources that are most relevant to you. You are welcome to send us your comments and suggestions through the feedback section.
This free app has been developed by Holyoake and the Mining Emergency Response Competition (MERC). Download it now to harness the power of technology for improved wellbeing at all levels – individual wellness, family wellness, organisation wellness, and community wellness.
My Wellbeing Mate is a joint collaboration between the Mining Emergency Response Competition Ltd (MERC) and Holyoake. MERC is a not for profit resources industry organisation which aims to improve the lives of their volunteer emergency responders. Holyoake is a not for profit organisation that brings lasting change to lives impacted by substance misuse and mental health issues.
The development of this app has been funded by the MERC Community.
