Dispatch Business comes with an integrated 2-way notification which can be used to serve and update your customers about their delivery at regular intervals and manage your mobile workers efficiently with instant updates.
App allows drivers to:
- View of all the assigned tasks.
- View customer details and call them with just one tap.
- Get the directions to location/destination.
- Get the customer signature, add notes and take images as a proof of delivery.
- Automatically update the customer when you start or finish a task.
- Interactive map directions
- Calendar task view
- Driver On duty on/off features
- Options to upload driver profile picture
Businesses will need to create an account on www.dispatch.business to get started.
This app may use your location even when it is not open, which can decrease device battery life.
Uploading photos will use your mobile data.
