Smart Drill is an administration tool for coaches or teachers to manage your athletes in all different teams, classes or groups you are responsible for. It helps you keep track of your athletes individual performances, attendance, given trainingsessions, and billing.
● Set up your training groups
Add your participants to your group or just import them from an already existing group. Store all relevant data like contact information, address or notes and set their individual performance index.
● Keep track of your training sessions
Add a new training with a generic or individual name. Smart Drill saves your last used training times for a quick setup.
● Participants attendance
Check and save the attendance for each athlete in every training session by simply tapping on their name.
● Create disciplines
Set up disciplines your athletes may absolve of the types: Timer, Counter, Distance or Weight. Add performance marks for specific qualifications and see for each athlete if they already reached this mark.
● Performance tools for your training
• Timer: Create multiple stopwatches which can be stopped and started individually or all at once. View the real time instead of calculating with an offset.
• Counter: Count points of multiple groups by just tapping a plus or minus button.
• Distance: Set a reached distance or height.
• Weight: Set an absolved or lifted weight.
● Save performance data
Every performance tool can be assigned with individual names or even with athletes. All performances can be saved as performance data to assigned participants or can be added manually.
● Generate groups
Instead of manually assigning athletes to your tools you could even generate tools with preassigned athletes either randomly or homogenously/heterogenously by your set performance index, or by performance data.
● Example usecase
You want to create fair teams of four participants each, based on your athletes 100m sprint times, for a relay run. Smart Drill will generate the analytically most balanced teams for you within seconds and you just have to start the timers.
