Have you ever thought about having extra hands just to get work done? If there's one thing we know, it is helping people with people. It's our job to make sure that you get all the help that you need from our partners, aka, Kuya and Ate, through our platform!
So what is MyKuya?
MyKuya is a mobile application that allows you to connect with a partner in real-time and have your errands taken care of! Simplify your life and let MyKuya do the job for you.
1. Request Help!
There is a MyKuya service for every task you need to accomplish. Select KuyaNOW/AteNOW for services that can be done on foot like helping you in cleaning your place, grocery shopping or even wait in line for you to buy tickets, or use KuyaMOTO for requests fast or long distance services like courier services and food delivery.
2. Match and Chat!
Match with a nearby Kuya/Ate and let them know how they can help you via the MyKuya in-app chat feature. For KuyaNOW/AteNOW requests, they cost at ₱49 per 30mins, and for KuyaMOTO requests, they cost at ₱89 per 30mins.
3. Rate and Enjoy!
Once request is received, Kuya/Ate will happily run the errand for you. You can track the progress of your request via the MyKuya App real-time. Rate the quality of service you received after the completion of the request.
