The popularity among radical groups and opposition structures is growing.
The city is destroyed or divided between gangsters or police robots. The most effective way to fight a guerrilla war began in the Siberian forests and small structures.
The ExaLink Biotics make a lot of diferent human-extension things and this made significant changes in the alignment of forces in the region.
You are no hero. You are... someone.
