CrediMax's Mobile App is a credit card management application for CrediMax's customers. This convenient and secure application enables customers to access their accounts, view their credit cards & submit requests to CrediMax. Being the first credit card issuer in the Kingdom of Bahrain, CrediMax evolved to be a pioneering market leader in credit issuing and acquiring since issuing the first credit card in July 1991 as card centre at Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, one of the largest commercial banks in the Kingdom. The latest CrediMax mobile application reflects the Company's impressive record in launching various technology products to its customers.
The features of the new CrediMax mobile application includes:
1) Simple account creation.
2) Apply for new cards.
3) Reset existing account password.
Cards:
1) View a list of all of your cards.
2) View card details.
3) View card balances.
4) View card statement.
5) View card hold transactions.
6) View supplementary cards including their limits and usage.
Card Payments:
1) Pay for your card.
2) Pay for other CrediMax cards.
Services:
1) Card PIN Change.
2) Activate card e-statement.
3) Stop card / report stolen.
4) Set up your Max Secure.
5) Set supplementary card limit.
6) Apply for a new card.
7) Increase main card limit.
8) Decrease main card limit.
9) Upgrade your card.
10) Set up direct debit.
11) Activate your newly-issued card.
12) Submit a dispute report.
13) Apply for a temporary limit increase.
14) Request a card replacement.
15) Request a PIN replacement.
16) Apply for new supplementary card.
Loyalty Program:
1) View a summary of your loyalty program.
2) View the redemption history of your loyalty points.
Offers:
1) View our latest offers.
Profile:
1) View and update your contact information.
