The Proximal Path app standardizes the recording, analysis, and sorting of student conversations so that educators can determine next steps in improving their students' academic uses of language.
Features:
• Easy to use interface which allows users to toggle between recording students and accessing prior recordings
• Data fields allow users to quickly sort recordings by grade level, subject, topic, recorder, and English Language Learner proficiency level
• Human transcriptions of language recordings enhance teacher sharing and analysis during professional learning communities
• Built-in language analysis rubric supports educator analysis of student conversations.
