Prompt Me is an app for those of us who need those extra reminders.
Prompt me offers 2 different types of prompts
There are 'timed' prompt categories where you can specify intervals and reps with each interval having a different time and title. As the interval rep starts, you can optionally receive receive audible notification and when the interval rep changes, you can also be notified by sound or vibration.
The other type of prompt is an activity that perhaps requires set number of steps. Like a recipe, or even my fitness workout.
With this type of prompt category, you can add notes and images and check them off as they are completed. You can also specify a notification period for these types of activities.
You set up your prompt categories ahead of time and then select them as you need them to get that little prompt during your workout or other activity.
You also have the ability change the theme to brighten your day.
Prompt Me is free to try with an in-app purchase to unlock unlimited access and Dropbox integration.
