With Fit Drills Workout Tracker you can easily work out with multiple plans for different sports at the same time. The app gives you a collection of well-proven progressions. Each plan comes with detailed information and easy-to-use features that help you track the results of your training.

The app is configured to present the right timer, stopwatch and result forms for different types of workouts:
- Automatic count-downs for interval training
- Count-down and manual entry of achieved results
- Stopwatch
- Manual entry of achieved results
- Done shortcut to log planned results
FOR SERIOUS TRAINING
No magic shortcuts.
Use Fit Drills plans alone or even better together with a training buddy or coach. Honestly we believe that there is no better way to learn new skills or a new training method than from an experienced coach.
Adapt any plan according to your current level of fitness and experience to prevent overtraining or injury.
