ADSi Finance

ADSi finance is simply a privately owned application that offers information on market trends and movements to all interested in global markets and asset classes ranging from currencies, fundamentals, short briefed analysis, to opinion, and incidents taking place in the financial markets.

The application also features a special access drop down box, which is exclusive to select individuals within a closed group of people associated with ADSi. Access to this feature is by invitation only and is free of charge to the closed group. There are no subscription fees to use this feature for this closed group. The restriction to the special access is due to the nature of recommendation included within as it may not be suitable for certain users as some of these views may be intended for our internal experts or accredited investors as defined by the US federal securities laws in Rule 501 of Regulation D and as amended by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

The special users are identified as follow:

1- Users are requested to enter their mobile number or the special ADSi code once they download the ADSi application (it is optional as the user can agree or disagree to entering the number).

2- Once the user enters his mobile number or ADSi code, the number/code is cross checked with a list of pre-identified numbers/code registered in our data base, if the entered number matches a number/code on our data base, the user will be allowed special access to the drop down box. If the number/code inserted does not match any number/code of the pre-identified list, then the user will not be allowed special access to the drop down box.

The main functions of the ADSi application are explained as per the following:

The “Watch”, is a guide to a certain action happening in the market
The “Daily Highlight”, is a daily comment featuring guidance on market trends
The “Opinion”, is a brief commentary that addresses a certain long term topic
The “Special Access”, is a drop down box which includes instant advice on market entries

The notification service is also included to notify all users on the updates of the application

ADSi is not for profit application and does not charge users any fees and commission. It is protected by a disclaimer agreement requires the consent and approval of every user in order to join the features of the application.
