Gnosis

Gnosis™ keeps members of your organization “in the know” by giving them instant access to your shared online documents, and by allowing them to communicate using your shared online contact list.

• To get started with Gnosis, simply create a file in xlsx format listing the documents you would like to share, upload that file to your server, then provide your members with the web address where Gnosis should look for data. In seconds, members of your organization can access shared documents easily and securely using any iOS device.

• Gnosis supports many popular file formats including pdf, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, doc, docx, key, numbers, pages, and html.

• Gnosis helps keep your data secure by supporting servers that are protected by a username and password. Gnosis goes one step further by requiring users to select a unique PIN that prevents access to your data if the device is ever lost or stolen.

• Gnosis helps ensure the members of your small to mid-size organization can communicate effectively. Simply create a contact list in xlsx format and upload the file to your server. Gnosis allows users to search for other members, place a voice call, or send text messages quickly and easily.

• Gnosis is designed to work in environments where a connection to the internet is not always available. To ensure the members of your organization always have the information they need, newly downloaded data is securely saved on the device for offline use.

Privacy policy: Verappa does not collect, store, or transmit information provided by Gnosis users. Data, web addresses, and authentication information provided by the user is stored securely on the user’s device.
