The physician’s logbook allows you to quickly capture your clinical encounters, in real-time and at the point of care. This mobile application has been specifically created to facilitate your ongoing professional development within both General Internal Medicine and its associated specialities. Record your experience in clinics, wards, on-take, and practical procedures. Automatically generate reports of your clinical activity that can be reviewed with your clinical tutors, Annual Review of Competence Progression (ARCP), or revalidation meetings.
