Buongiorno! Want to build your Italian vocabulary? The Parliamo italiano insieme 1 Vocab Quiz is a quick and fun way to learn and practice Italian vocabulary and phrases. Take the quiz, listen to a native Italian speaker pronouncing each word, then record your own pronunciation to practice and compare it with the expert.
The vocabulary in this quiz is comes directly from the Parliamo italiano insieme series published by Nelson Cengage Learning, designed by practicing classroom teachers and written for beginner learners of Italian. You can use the quiz on its own or to complement the series.
With close to 200 words and phrases, choose from the 12 categories reflecting the topics of the course.
Each time you select a category, you will get a quiz of 10 questions that have been randomly selected from a larger bank of questions created for that category. When you select the same category again, you will be tested on a different set of questions. This feature makes the quiz a powerful tool for practicing and solidifying your knowledge in a way that isn’t repetitive.
