Quad - Elegant todo list & GTD based on Eisenhower Method

Quad is a time management tool based on the "Eisenhower Method", which makes it out of the ordinary among other GTD (Get Thing Done) tools.

Usage:
Most actions in Quad are made by gestures:
1. Add todo -- Slide down at the index page to call out the add form
2. Click any area of the index page (a.k.a Quadrant, Top-Right is "First Quadrant", Top-Left is "Second Quadrant", Bottom-Left is "Third Quadrant", Bottom-Right is "Fourth Quadrant"), to enter each todo list
3. In the todo list, swipe right to "complete", swipe left to "delete"

What is "Eisenhower Method"
Using the Eisenhower Decision Principle, tasks are evaluated using the criteria important/unimportant and urgent/not urgent.
First Quadrant: Important/Urgent
Second Quadrant: Important/Not Urgent
Third Quadrant: Unimportant/Urgent
Fourth Quadrant: Unimportant/Not Urgent
