Roll Back Malaria

The Roll Back Malaria Partnership iPhone app is a comprehensive interactive resource that directly connects readers with the latest RBM news feeds and provides users with up to the minute information on its activities. The RBM Partnership is the global framework to implement coordinated action against malaria. It mobilizes for action and resources and forges consensus among partners. The Partnership is comprised of more than 500 partners, including malaria endemic countries, their bilateral and multilateral development partners, the private sector, nongovernmental and community-based organizations, foundations, and research and academic institutions.

The app features:

– Campaigns: Information and videos on campaigning, advocacy, reports and mobilisation activities from Save the Children.
– Humanitarian: Video appeals, photos and stories on all current Save the Children humanitarian activities.
– Latest News: The latest press releases and stories produced by Roll Back Malaria. The app will inform users when new stories are added by sending ‘ pop-up' alerts.

– Malaria in the News: Selected key breaking-stories from around the world, fed into the app as soon as they happen.
– Users can also visit RBM social media sites and share stories on their own social media accounts like Facebook and Twitter.
