This Application helps you easily to practice the meditation technique known as "the healing code", discovered and developed by Dr. Alex Loyd in 2001.
It will read the starting prayer and reminds you every 30 seconds to change your hand position with a soft meditation bell. At the very end of your meditation time, you'll hear a soft bell two times and the background sound will stop playing.
You can decide wether you want to hear soft natural forest sounds during your meditation or not.
The duration of the meditation can easily be adjusted from 1 to 30 minutes.
Note:
This application is not influencing your body in any way - it only helps you to perform the meditation practice mentioned by Alex Loyd in his book "the healing code". In case of serious physical or mental health problems you should consult a doctor.
