Your business account security and personal information is our priority. To protect our business customers against internet fraud, we are proud to offer advanced methods for authenticating online banking access available today. For the security of your business transactions, certain cash management services require a token provided by Hudson Valley Bank. Use the token to generate a unique security code each time you access wire transfer, remote deposit, direct deposit, ACH and other features within Internet banking.
Using your mobile phone or tablet as your token
In place of using the token device, you can use a mobile smart phone or tablet to generate unique secure passcodes.
At login: At registration you be required to create pin upon logging in for the first time.
Token Login : Users will be asked to enter their pin. Once verified it will display a 1 time passcode to enter, for your security it will change every 60 seconds.
