Existing education systems no longer suffice the exigencies of future and economic growth. Educators and thought leaders around the globe have started putting themselves in the shoes of recruiters.
We recently conducted the survey, Seeking Creative Candidates: Hiring for the Future, a deep dive into hiring managers' attitudes and beliefs about the skills required for success in the workplace of tomorrow. 8 out of 10 view creativity as an important key to success yet they find that the majority of students are unprepared for the workplace of tomorrow. The need is to amend the academic structure today to unfurl the creativity in future, across workspaces and industries.
The lack of creative efficiency among students is not only suppressing the confidence of hiring managers towards the talent pool, but also creating a void of problem solving skills in the existing workforce.
APAC Education Leadership Forum 2015 is an initiative and an opportunity to hear from industry leaders and evangelists about the trends and success stories. It's a platform where you can network, learn and share your thoughts and ideas that can catalyze the creative revolution in classrooms.
This app will aid all attendees to get around the event in Bali.
