Yoga Meter is the perfect app for doing yoga and exercising at home. It helps you to find time for yourself. With Yoga Meter, you can get in shape in an organized way. You can find time to meditate and embrace quiet time.
Yoga Meter has three main functions:
[1] - It counts the number of times you have performed the motions of your sun salutation sequence and then vibrates to let you know when you have reached your goal. With Yoga Meter, you can embrace the peace and serenity of your yoga practice without the unnecessary mindfulness of counting.
[2] - It counts down the seconds for holding each yoga pose and then vibrates when it is time for you to change poses.
[3] - It counts down the minutes of your meditation and vibrates when it is time to finish meditating. You no longer need to worry about meditating too long. You can peacefully relax into your meditation and let Yoga Meter do the mindful work.
Yoga Meter helps you to exercise each day on your own terms and comfort.
