The ICRC eLibrary offers access to the latest PDF publications from the International Committee of the Red Cross. Some of the features include:
- Publications in up to eight languages
- Supports PDF and HTML5 publications

- In-publication full text search
- Browsing by intuitively defined categories
- Smart recommendations based on previously read documents
- Downloading publications for offline reference
- Bookmarking and favorites
- English and French are offered as interface languages
