You can receive personalized video feedback from instructors if offered by your course provider. Courses are delivered by your language institution, college, school, BBC Business English (www.bbcbe.com) and other providers.

You must have a subscription to an online course to access WebSwami. There are 2 methods to Open WebSwami courses:

Method 1
1) Obtain WebSwami Site ID from your course provider
2) Enter Site ID in Site Selector.
3) Enter login
4) Open link to WebSwami course and lesson

Method 2
1) Log-in to your course using your device's Browser App.
2) Click on a lesson link.
3) Click on "Launch the Learner"
4) The WebSwami Mobile Learner app will open automatically.
