The Axiom VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) app is a FREE app that gives dealerships enhanced internal control over their vehicle inventory and more confidence regarding the integrity of physical inventory procedures. The VIN app strengthens internal controls and provides greater integrity over the vehicle physical inventory process, while enhancing the dealership’s ability to detect fraud involving vehicle inventory.
The VIN app has the built-in functionality of geo-tagging the vehicle location and a time stamp indicating when the vehicle was touched, thereby increasing reliability and accuracy of the inventory process. At the same time, the physical inventory process can be completed quickly and efficiently by allowing multiple users to scan vehicles simultaneously. These functions eliminate the guess work of whether the car counters actually verified your entire vehicle inventory.

• VIN scanning and decoding technology.
• Time-stamped image capture to validate existence of the vehicle.
