Our program offers the chance to improve your health, academics, and overall fitness. Available to all ages, but focused on youth ages 5-18.
At the Elite Training Academy (ETA), we care about producing well-rounded, educated, healthy youth with high moral character. We believe this is one of the most important things we can do for our community and our children. As local area parents, we see the value of raising youth with a solid foundation in: Health, Fitness, Academics, Confidence, and Character.
Our Elite Training Academy and fitness center offers the chance to improve your health, academic performance, personal development and overall fitness. Whether you’re young or young at heart, from junior novice to professional, you will find something that meets your personal health, academic and fitness goals.
OUR SERVICES:
* Our After School Program offers a balance of fun, fitness, health and personal development - in a safe and secure environment. Our Spartan After School Program begins with safe and secure transportation of your children from their school to our facilities. Upon arriving, you will receive notification (via email or text messaging) of their check-in.
* Our Family Fitness Center offers over 13,000 square feet of State-of-the-Art Weight and Cardio Equipment, designed to complement and augment the total mind/body concepts of Elite Training Academy. Achieving your optimal fitness level is part science – part art. By combining the most advanced technology, with practical, knowledgeable and friendly personal training – we can help you exceed your expectations.
* Our “Game-On” Sports Leagues offers the opportunity to hone your skills in any given sport - by playing fast paced (timed, game clock style) games - on smaller size fields/courts - with smaller team sizes. The combination of this reduced sized, fast paced games maximize the number of "opportunities" for children, youth, and adults. More actual game time (versus practice time) allows the participant to fine-tune their skills. As a parent, the days of spending an entire day (or weekend) shuttling back and forth between sports facilities waiting for the moment when your child has an opportunity to make a play. With Game-On sports, the games last no longer than an hour. With reduced team sizes and all positions being "scoring positions" - we give all participants the change to be the star, make the winning score, and discover their true passion for the sport.

* Our Elite Sports Training – By combining forces with the tri-valley area's top rated sports training program - TFBU Sports - we have created the ultimate in sports, fitness, and academics programs. Targeting youth and families - we believe in producing a well balanced child. Our sports training program is led by many local area coaches offers speed, agility, and strength training - in addition to position specific training for a wide variety of sports.
Sports Training members will learn a variety of skills – based on a unique combination of military, athletic, and high tech training…the most advanced in California. Our Spartan Sports training programs result in bigger, stronger, faster, and smarter athletes…or as we like to say, the Educated Total Athlete.
