Is it Down or Up allow you to check if any website is Online or Offline and give you tools like the widget that let you follow those websites important for you and add the right there in the Control Center so you can check it quick and easy! Or even directly from Safari, Chrome or any web browser of your choice that have iOS Extensions enabled. Just add "Is it Down or Up" extension to your active extensions and the next time you visit an apparently offline website check it if it is offline just for you or for everyone else.
